week 1

REFLECTION 

WEEK 1

The first week was a little bit tough it was my first time to use these thing blog i was have no idea about how to publish or right posts , all what i was know is that people use blogs like there soft dairies i mean instead of using text book to write about there ideas thoughts what ever and share all that in the net with other people from all over the world , it sounds good but not for me although i find that it's good idea to share my opinions thoughts with others but i stuck with unknown fears it makes me think about if it's safe to do so or if i really want to do so but i never go on these way - answering my self or think more about '' blog '' - .
however, now it becomes  a task to make a blog since these blog is my portfolio for my ICT subject which is '' introduction to IT '' information technology '' which suppose to be submitted by the 10th week .In the lecture we got to know about the difference between data and information as shown below :

Data:

1. Small portion of information is called data.
2. It is the raw fact of information.
3. Data shows small information.
4. It is used as input.
5. Data is the vital resource of an organization and must be managed.

Information:

1. Processed data is called information.
2. It is the collective result of data.
3. Information shows the details.
4. It is used as output.
5. It is a meaningful set of data.
